Someone has sent Ivana Baiul video footage of DV8’s assault on a CIA safehouse, implying an intent to blackmail. The remaining members of the team gather for a meeting but are soon told Baiul is rescheduling it. Evo is shocked to learn from Sublime that Baiul fired Frostbite. Bored and lonely with Freestyle ignoring him, Evo goes out to a D.C. bar that evening. After he chats with the bartender for a while, a woman lures him out to an alley to get high. Her friends try to mug him, but he shifts into wolfen form and kills them. Sad at his ruined evening, he kills the woman, too. Depressed, he returns to IO and tries to talk to Freestyle, but she refuses. Bliss catches him in the hallway, takes him back to her room, and seduces him, promising to care for him.
